The National Weather Service in Miami issued a Coastal Flood Advisory for coastal Miami-Dade County at 1:41 AM on Monday, November 2. The advisory is in effect until 7 PM Tuesday, November 3.
The Weather Service says minor to moderate coastal flooding is expected. Flooding of lots, parks, and roads is possible, with only isolated road closures expected. Dangerous rip currents are also expected along the county's beaches through Tuesday evening.
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth, and take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
