The National Weather Service in Miami issued a Coastal Flood Statement for coastal Broward County and coastal Miami-Dade County at 7:01 PM on Tuesday, November 3. Isolated minor coastal flooding is expected through 7 PM Wednesday, November 4, and the earlier Coastal Flood Advisory has expired.
The Weather Service says some water may collect on low-lying roads and property, and minor coastal flooding is possible within 1.5 to 2 hours of high tide. Dangerous rip currents affect the same beaches through Wednesday morning — see the Broward and Miami-Dade rip current update and the Coastal Flood Statement for Palm Beach.
Do not drive through flooded roadways. South Florida Malayalees (SFM) will update this coverage if the Weather Service extends or cancels the statement.
