Ela Curry & Cocktails is opening a second location at CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach, expected this fall, bringing its modern Indian kitchen to the heart of the city's dining district.

The restaurant comes from Chef Pushkar Marathe and partner Andy Dugard, the team behind Stage Kitchen & Bar. Their first Ela location in Palm Beach Gardens built a following for refined, culturally-rooted Indian cooking — and the CityPlace outpost will serve the same menu.

What's on the menu: chaat and street-food snacks like tuna bhelpuri and pani puri; curries including butter chicken, Kerala beef short rib and vegetable korma; plus tandoori items such as duck leg biryani — alongside an inventive cocktail program.

A sibling fast-casual concept, Mango Mercado, is set to open side-by-side, offering grab-and-go meals and build-your-own options.

What to know: an exact opening date hasn't been announced yet. Follow @elacurryandcocktails on Instagram for the opening announcement.
