The National Weather Service in Miami said a Flood Watch remains in effect for Palm Beach County — inland, metro and coastal areas — until 11:00 PM on Monday, November 2, because flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

Pockets of very heavy rainfall caused localized flash flooding on Sunday and earlier Monday. The Weather Service expects similar amounts this evening: 1 to 2 inches where showers and storms occur, with scattered locations possibly seeing closer to 2 to 4 inches. Excessive runoff could flood rivers, creeks, streams and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. People living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop. South Florida Malayalees (SFM) is also tracking the Flash Flood Warning for Broward and Palm Beach until 8 PM and the Flood Watch that covered all three counties earlier Monday.
