USCIS has now posted the missing piece of the November Visa Bulletin: its filing-charts page designates the Dates for Filing chart for November 2026, for both family-sponsored and employment-based adjustment-of-status applications. That resolves the question this site flagged on October 22, when the choice was still unannounced.

For applicants born in India, the November filing dates are EB-1 July 1, 2024, and EB-2 and EB-3 at January 15, 2015 — well ahead of the final action dates, so more applicants can file Form I-485 in November than the headline dates suggest. On the family side, F2A is current for every country.

Why it matters: filing while the Dates for Filing chart is honored can open the door to a work permit and advance parole while the case waits. Check your priority date against the USCIS November chart before filing — eligibility to file is not approval, and this is general information, not legal advice.
